All image submissions to the Photography & Art Competition 2006 are in digital format, submitted either online via email or mailed in a CD-ROM. Photographic slides and art prints are ineligible, unless specifically requested by the contest organizers.
1. All submitted images must represent one of the competition themes. Photographs can be color or black & white.
2. Submit images digitally only: The image file must be no larger than 2MB and no smaller than 300KB.
3. Files must be RGB (not CMYK) at 120 DPI.
4. Files must be saved as JPEGs at “high” or “maximum” quality.
5. After submitting the 2007 ENTRY FORM (CLICK HERE) online, you will be directed to a web page to pay your entry fees online. The preferred method of secure credit card payment is via PayPal. At the completion of online payment you may submit your contest-formatted images via email to "photos2007 at cafeandre DAWT com"
An alternate method to submit your images and enter the competition is to printout and sign the entry form, complete it, mail it along with a CD-ROM and a personal check or money order (credit cards will only be accepted for online submissions). Payment must accompany the entry form and CD-ROM.
6. You can enter up to a total of 4 images.

8. Each image file submitted, either online or on CD, should be titled in the following format.
"Your First Name_Last Name_Theme Designate (A, B or C)_image numbers (1,2, or 3).jpg"

9. Please verify that all submissions are virus free before sending. Attachment of viruses may result in disqualification of entry.
The entry fee is $45 for up to four images. Each Entrant can enter up to three times.

The CD should be mailed with the signed and completed ENTRY FORM (CLICK HERE) (a signed printout copy of the online entry form page), and a self-addressed stamped postcard (postcard will be returned upon receipt of submission). Please also include a check or money order for payment. Payment must accompany every entry.
Send entry by regular mail (no Fedex or UPS). If you need to send via a high speed courrier service, please contact TCB-Cafe Publishing for instructions on how to address your package.

ADDITIONAL CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Entrants selected as finalists will be requested via email to send a high-resolution file of the image under consideration. This file should be sent according to the instructions listed on the website when Finalists are announced (December 1st, 2007).
All Entrants should check this site on December 1st, 2007 to review contest status and instructions for Finalists. The decisions of the judges are final.
