    Winning artists will be published in the book "HEROES SMILE," due in April 2008. Artists will be credited by name (and business if desired) for all images published. All images and copyrights remain the property of the artist.

    The names of winning photographers and artists will be posted on the TCB-Cafe Publishing website after December 1, 2007.

    TCB-Cafe Publishing reserves the right to use the images for purposes including, but not limited to, production of brochures, promotion of future contests, public relations, advertising of publications, education, books and a traveling gallery.

    ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS

    Finalists will be announced on December 1, 2007. Finalists will be posted on the Competition website. All entrants are required to check that website to determine status. Emails and mailed notices will not be sent to entrants regarding final selections.
